It means "About a piano."

But if you write it like this: "Piano? No! Koto?" it is like you are wondering what is the lead instrument in this piece. It sounds something like a piano, but also something like a Japanese koto. (Actually it is a digital piano).

It is symbolic of my identity - after living almost half my life in Japan, maybe I am half-Japanese? I wonder...
